Pick up from your hotel, we start the walking part of our tour early first visiting the colorful local markets where we meet stall holders and talk about their food. Our walk then continues along both high streets and back streets exploring beaten corners in Old Quater that you never known by walking yourself, enjoying elegance Hanoi through tranquility French quarter with birds singing.

You will taste more than 10 entrées, drinking endless local beverage while chatting with street vendors. Our final destination is tasting room where you can taste a wide selection of these local delicacies bought directly from the vendors – most of whom we saw or met on the tour and sharing about Vietnam culture through traditional food.

12.00	Arrive at Tuan Chau Island
12.15	Our captain will come to pick you up to get on board.
12.30	Welcome Drink will be served when you get in Cruise. Our tour guide will sumary cruise itinerary briefly , safety instructions, then you check-in cabins.
13.00 – 14.30	Lunch on board while cruising passing by islands and islets
15.00 – 15.30	Exploring Dark and Bright Cave by rowing bamboo boats with local people or kayaking by yourself.
16.45 – 17.30	The Vessels will continuous cruising and passing by Cua Van floating Village toward to the safety sleeping areas.

18.30 – 19.00	Pre-dinner cocktail on sundeck serving assorted nuts and canapé.

6.00 – 6.30	Get up and enjoy the pure air on the top deck
7.00 – 8.00	Breakfast is served at restaurant
8.00 – 9.00	Relax or Visit Sung Sot Cave – Hiking up and down 600 steps to the magnificent limestone formations of the most beautiful and biggest cave in Halong bay.
9.30	Check-out cabins and settle bills.
9.45 – 10.30	Enjoy cooking demonstration to discover the Vietnamese traditional cuisine – spring rolls. Learn how to prepare dinner in a Vietnamese traditional family.
10.45	Set lunch at Golden Phoenix restaurant
12.15 – 12.30	Shuttle bus pick up guests at Golden Phoenix’s coffee shop
